Join Host Cecilia Rokusek, President and CEO of the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library, as she travels to visit families in Northern Iowa while they take part in recreating a traditional Zabijacka, or pig butchering. Afterwards, she leads an open discussion with them on their personal experiences with language, tradition, and what it takes to keep a culture alive.
